What's your background?

After a long career with one of the world's leading ESNs, where I worked as an analyst, project manager and then project director in the project management department, I discovered the AMOA role, which involves helping business units to define and refine their needs, receive delivered solutions and support change.
This positioning, which puts the business at the heart of everything, appealed to me, as did the retail sector, which I discovered in my first job with the Vivarte group (formerly André).

It's a firm on a human scale with reasonably sustained growth, where life is good.

What do you like best about your current job?

As a senior manager, I have both an operational activity on a client's premises and a part of my activity dedicated to the firm's commercial development.

This dual activity suits me perfectly, as it allows me to combine a close relationship with my customers' operational issues through my assignments, with a desire to help the firm's customers and prospects achieve their business and project objectives by providing them with value-added solutions.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Don't hesitate to be inquisitive and to share your experiences with other members of the firm at every opportunity; this helps to create a network within the firm, and to mutually enrich each other, while increasing the firm's overall added value.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

On a day-to-day basis, I love cooking whenever I have a bit of time, making new recipes, sometimes improvising according to the ingredients; and enhancing the tasting experience with the discovery of a good wine.

Sport, especially when it's associated with the sea, thrills me. I recently discovered surfing and kite-surfing, but I also love sailing.
