What's your background?

I did a Master's degree in Marketing at the IAE in Orléans. I then moved on to positions as product manager, buyer and then business unit manager with French e-tailers.

Why choose Univers Retail?

I was keen to take on a new challenge and get out of my comfort zone, while building on the skills I'd acquired in my previous experience. I was also able to collaborate with Univers Retail consultants as a key user at my previous employer. I appreciated the business approach, but also the professionalism and kindness of these people.

What do you like best about your current job?

I enjoy the diversity of the assignments, constantly meeting new people and finding solutions to my customers' problems. There's no such thing as routine in this job.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Be curious and open up to others!

But it's also important not to give up, especially at the start of a project, as adapting to new colleagues, new processes, new tools, etc. can sometimes be tricky.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

I love good food (eating and cooking), good wine (long live Burgundy), I'm a soccer fan and I spend a lot of time with my children.
