What's your background?

I worked for 13 years in a software company (UNILOG), first in project management from developer to TMA project manager, then in project management to get closer to our customers' business processes.

I then spent 11 years as Supply Project Manager at La Halle, focusing on downstream supply (logistics and store supply).

Since 2016, I've been a Manager at Univers Retail and am on assignment at GALEC as Program Director on the impact of implementing an MDM and PIM on business applications.

Why choose Univers Retail?

I like this small structure where exchanges are easy and direct. I'm particularly interested in the focus on Retail, as it's a world where you need to be pragmatic and responsive. And I'd heard good things about it!

What do you like best about your current job?

The customer has entrusted me with a critical project, as part of a high-stakes strategic program. It's both gratifying and imposes a major commitment, which is highly motivating.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Don't hesitate to get in touch with other Univers Retail consultants/managers, and take part in afterworks and meetings, because we learn from each other ... and the consultants and managers are really nice!

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Rock: vinyl, concerts, festivals, Tolkien books, Trail and American Muscle-Cars from the 60s.
