What's your background?

During my studies, I quickly discovered the world of data and the different aspects linked to it. So I decided to build my career around this universe, in various fields such as data law, IT development and sociology of digital uses.

Why choose Univers Retail?

At the end of my university studies, I had the opportunity to do an internship in the data management department of a major retailer. During this experience, I rubbed shoulders withUnivers Retail consultants. After talking to them about how the firm worked, I discovered its values and dynamism, which I really liked, in addition to its human scale, which makes it easy to talk to.

What do you like best about your current job?

I really appreciate the exchanges between the various players and the learning and discovery phase of the organization. One of the good things about the firm is that we can talk to other consultants who may have had a similar experience, so we can get feedback, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to our customers that avoid the pitfalls encountered by others in the past.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Be curious! As far as I'm concerned, as a consultant you shouldn't hesitate to ask any questions you might have. There will always be someone to answer them, or to redirect you to the people who have the answers, so you can better understand the different subjects you may be dealing with.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

After a busy day, a good session of badminton or swimming allows me to clear my head, followed by a drink on the terrace or a game night with friends!
