What's your background?
After completing a BTS in international trade, I continued my studies at the IESEG School of Management and its Grande Ecole program. My Master's degree gave me the opportunity to carry out formative internships in companies leader in the mass retail sector, and fuelled my interest in this sector as well as in retail. Project management has been at the heart of all my training and associative activities, and remains my favorite field.

I chose to join this firm first and foremost for its expertise in retail and the reputation of its customers. I've now been won over by the values and benevolence of the firm and its consultants.
What do you like best about your current job?
Helping customers manage and monitor their projects is rewarding. My mission allows me to collaborate with various professions and departments within the customer's organization and in different countries. This requires multidisciplinarity and agility: as many challenges as advantages!
What advice would you give to new recruits?
I'd advise new recruits to find out about the customer's environment and corporate culture before starting an assignment. Asking as many questions as possible is necessary, as you need to adapt quickly. My final piece of advice would be not to hesitate to ask the customer or the Univers Retail consultant network for help.
Apart from consulting, what are your passions?
I play water polo with the Chatillon club. Otherwise, I love traveling, seeing my friends and visiting Paris!
