You expressly agree that by sending us personal data via the site, in particular when registering or making an unsolicited application, we may process them automatically and retain them for the time required to process them. In no event shall TEDIOR, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned on this site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or special damages) resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this site or any web sites linked to this site, or attributable to the interpretation of any information contained or available on this site.


The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the www.universretail.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") about the data collected during their use of the site, and about the obligations of its publisher (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher") in this respect, which certifies that it implements in good faith the means necessary to respect your privacy and acts in compliance with applicable regulations.

Data is collected and processed via the Site for the following purposes:

  • To optimize the management of relations between Univers Retail and users of the Site, in particular by analyzing and measuring the Site's audience;

  • Valid e-mail address, name, message subject and a free text field if using the form.
  • The mandatory or optional nature of the information is indicated directly on line where applicable.

Where you are an existing customer, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as our contractual and/or commercial relationship lasts. Thereafter, we may place your Personal Data in the intermediate archive for five (5) years after the end of our contractual and/or commercial relationship.

If you are a prospect without an established contractual and/or commercial relationship, we will not keep your data beyond three (3) years after the last contact with you.


In accordance with current legislation, Internet users who have agreed to provide their personal data have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port, oppose and complain about the processing of their personal data.

Analysis of the Site's audience via Google Analytics requires the use of cookies, which are "tracker" files implanted on users' terminals, giving the Publisher access to standard connection information (see section on data collected).
