Barometer of major brands perceived as responsible

Since 2020, Univers Retail has been a partner of the Responsible Brands Barometer in collaboration with LSA.

We chose to partner this barometer because of our proximity to the retail market, and the missions we carry out. Indeed, we are seeing new sourcing, production, marketing and communication practices on the part of brands, particularly around organic, ethical and responsible economy.

This study, based on a representative sample of 5,000 respondents from the French population, enables us to observe consumer behavior with regard to the responsibility of major brands. Indeed, in the minds of the French, a responsible brand is one that is transparent, guarantees product quality and safety, and cares about the practices associated with its business (animal welfare, carbon footprint reduction...).
