EveryUnivers Retail employee has the opportunity to sign up for and contribute to one or more Skill Centers, according to his or her skills and/or desires, in order to :

  • share knowledge with other Skill Centers employees
  • consolidate knowledge in a particular field
  • acquire new skills
 

By changing Skill Centers on a regular basis, our employees gradually become multi-specialists in the BtoB and BtoC retail sectors, so that we can respond to our customers' needs with the highest level of expertise.

The objectives of our in-house school are to provide training in "core business" skills and to develop soft skills
Led by our consultants, experts in their field, these in-house training courses cover sector-specific knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills and the consultant's attitude.  
Essential" training courses have been created for each grade: junior consultants, consultants, senior consultants and managers.
