What's your background?

I have a Master's degree in Marketing Digital and e-commerce from the IESEG School of Management, which I completed during a 2-year work-study program with a retailer in Lille. During this master's degree, I wrote a dissertation on the implementation of a physical and digital loyalty program in a foreign branch. This thesis confirmed my desire to continue working in retail.

I chose Univers Retail because it's a firm on a human scale and specializes in retail, a sector in which I wanted to develop.

What do you like best about your current job?

I'm currently on assignment in the "Change" team at a Lille-based retailer, where I'm in charge of creating training materials for transformation projects. What I enjoy is interacting with a lot of people from different professions to create the most relevant training materials possible. The diversity of programs and interactions makes my day-to-day work very interesting.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

My advice would be to get in touch with some of the firm's staff for advice on the assignments and also on the consultant's posture. I'd also advise you to get involved with the firm from the outset, as this enables you to work with Univers Retail staff, and this varies from one assignment to another.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

I love traveling and discovering new places. I'm also passionate about cooking and love trying out new restaurants. I'm also a keen runner.
