What's your background?

After obtaining my bachelor's degree in economics and management. I joined EM Normandie Business School, where I obtained my Master's degree. During my studies, I had the opportunity to do several internships with major players in the luxury goods sector (Chanel, Gucci, etc.).

As a result of my career path, I've discovered a particular appetite for retail and its challenges, thanks to the various positions and missions I've taken part in.

Univers Retail is the only firm specializing in retail in France, which is a point that really caught my attention. What's more, I was attracted by the dynamic teams with their different backgrounds, which made for an enriching experience. Last but not least, the firm's values suited me perfectly.

What do you like best about your current job?

Diversity, versatility and autonomy. Entrepreneurial by nature, being a consultant allows me to challenge myself and adapt to different contexts and environments. Dealing with complex issues and coming up with innovative solutions means I'm always on the move.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Be adaptable, a good listener and, above all, don't hesitate to talk to other members of the firm.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

I'm passionate about fashion and couture. Alongside my job as a consultant, I'm also a stylist, so I enjoy making my own dresses.

I love to travel and discover. I'm always on the lookout for new adventures!
