What's your background?

After graduating with a Master's 2 in "Logistics Management and Supply Chain Engineering" and completing an internship with the Renault group as a project manager for inventory and floor space reduction, I naturally decided to move into the consulting field.

Why choose Univers Retail?

I chose Univers Retail because it's a consultancy on a human scale and its values are in line with my own. What's more, the firm offers a wide range of expertise and the opportunity to share it via skill centers. As I have a junior profile, this was important for me to be able to progress quickly and touch on a wide range of subjects.

What do you like best about your current job?

I like change and diversity, and that's what being a consultant gives me, as it allows me to carry out different assignments for different companies. I also appreciate the fact that I can get involved in both external (customer) and internal projects.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

I would advise them to remain curious and not hesitate to ask questions. In the consulting business, curiosity is very important. I'd also encourage them not to hesitate to ask the firm's other consultants when they're facing a difficulty, as this is a very important source of mutual support given the multitude of profiles and expertise.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Outside the boardroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing rugby and discovering new dishes to cook and share with others.
