Project background 

 

Leader international cosmetics brand, which has mastered all marketing levers, as well as sales BtoB. The retail roll-out BtoC of major luxury brands, as well as the launch of consumer brands, is reflected in the rapid and intense opening of boutiques in all countries / international zones.

The company wants to optimize the projects accompanying the acquisition of market share in the EMEA zone for one of their brands.

Univers Retail provides a framework for retail and point-of-sale digitalization projects.

Our approach

 

To support the deployment of the brand's boutiques, we have :

 

  • builds the project coordination process between the brand, IT and Supply.
  • monitoring and managing the roadmap for these developments, prioritizing requests and integrating them into the roadmaps for the Retail solutions in place at the customer's site.

Our results  

 

  • Implementation of business-generating developments: mobile payment, data collection, in-store beauty advisor management application, etc.
  • Involvement in the project to implement RFID in European warehouses and stores, and supervision of pilot projects for deployment in France and Europe (97 stores).
