A French company specializing in the retailing of garden and pet products, we are the second largest player in the sector.
Project background
As part of the transfer of logistics activities to a new service provider, the retailer needed an experienced logistics implant to act as an interface between service providers, central services and stores during the stock transfer and ramp-up phases.
Our approach
We contributed to the implementation of the brand's new logistics organization by participating in :

Reliable physical and computerized inventories between service provider and customer,

Guarantee compliance with customer specifications for the various activities.

Our results
- Ramp-up and peak season (March and April)
- Start-up of all activities on schedule
- Reduction in stock consistency anomalies (from +/- 50 stock anomalies/day in November to +/- 6/day in April)
