What's your background?

A graduate of the SKEMA Business School in Lille, I gained over 20 years' experience in the retail sector, holding both operational and more strategic positions with chains such as Fnac and Conforama. I then set up my own company, focusing on web design and e-commerce, as well as supporting companies in their digital transformation.

What do you like best about your current job?

I'm privileged to be working at the heart of a complex transformation program that is taking place over a fairly long period of time. Beyond the richness of the mission and the diversity of the actions to be carried out, I also appreciate the excellent state of mind in which we evolve, thanks to teams that are demanding of themselves, committed and open to change.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

In my opinion, the key factors for the success of a new recruit revolve around 4 major axes:

>openness to others, the firm has a wealth of expertise to draw on,

> curiosity, the retail environment is constantly evolving, particularly in terms of technology,

> flexibility, being able to evolve one's skills to meet a varied range of assignments,

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Although covid has put martial arts and golf on hold for the past 2 years, I'm still as keen as ever on literature of all kinds, good food and travel.

I also have a passion for aviation, and would like to take my private pilot's license in the near future.
