What's your background?

I worked for nearly 15 years on the business side with operational missions. I evolved in marketing, starting out on the multi-channel marketing side, then moving on to customer marketing, with a strong interest in the customer journey, whether within an e-commerce site or in the customer relationship with the implementation of a CRM. I've been in charge of multi-channel marketing, customer marketing manager & CRM, e-commerce manager & CRM, operational marketing project manager...

Why choose Univers Retail?

An acquaintance who had joined Univers Retail introduced me to the company. I then entered the recruitment process. I appreciated the different discussions and the approach to recruitment, the different people involved (HR, consultants, managers). This gave me a good understanding of the firm's values. The kindness, the human side and the professional opportunities that the consulting profession could offer me.

What do you like best about your current job?

What I like is the diversity of the assignments, the ability to adapt and discover the customer and the issues involved in the project. Being a consultant lets you discover different contexts. It's very rich!

What advice would you give to new recruits?

I would advise them to remain curious and not hesitate to ask questions. In the consulting business, curiosity and the ability to listen are very important, both for the customer and for the firm. Don't hesitate to ask other consultants in the firm when you're faced with a particular difficulty or problem. Within the firm, sharing experience is very important.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Outside the boardroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as sports. Running in particular, and more recently rollerblading.
