What's your background?

Trained as a general engineer (HEI Lille), after 15 years in retail (Ralph Lauren, Reebok Europe, Tapis Saint Maclou) as a buyer, product manager and then textile collection manager, I joined the consulting world in 2017 after resuming my studies in the Executive Master MDCE (Marketing digital, data et e-commerce, SKEMA Lille).

I wanted to put all my expertise experience to good use, helping our retailers with major transformation projects and supporting them in their transition/change phase.

What do you like best about your current job?

At present, my position as consultant manager allows me to tackle different themes in my favorite sector, retail. What I like about my job is that there's no such thing as a typical day, no routine, because every day, every month, every year, I have to adapt to new situations, new customers, new challenges.

I also enjoy the challenge of meeting and getting to know new people, which helps me to progress every day.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Above all, they need to be objective, autonomous and highly adaptable. The contexts are varied and stimulating. And above all, don't hesitate to ask questions of the firm's staff!

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Apart from consulting, I'm a happy mom of 3, but I'm also ready to go rock dancing, entertain my family/friends over home-cooked meals, go for walks in our beautiful northern town or our magnificent Côte d'Opale.

On another note, as a decorating fan and DIY enthusiast in my spare time, I love to hunt, browse and spot future trends in materials and colors.
