Project background
The brand needs to provide its customers with an international response.
Indeed, the French market, which represents a historic market for the brand, is increasingly facing competition from pure players and international retailers, even with a highly visible French e-commerce site (over 2.5 million international visits in 2013).
For example, Univers Retail was involved in framing the project, defining the international development strategy and implementing it.

Definition of 3 scenarios/models to address international markets:
- Omnichannel model, supported by international stores
- Conquest model, to conquer new markets without a physical presence
- Revenue Sharing model, a collaboration model for countries with a franchise-type presence.
