Deployment of Infosphere MDM in subsidiaries

Project background
The company is implementing a vast transformation program to improve its product referencing and catalog publishing.
One of the program's components is the implementation of an MDM solution built on the IBM Infosphere tool.
This solution, designed and implemented for France in a first phase, is then adapted and deployed for international subsidiaries.

Approach / Results
Our approach
To organize, structure and manage the deployment, we have :
- modeled processes specific to subsidiaries' businesses and markets,
- prepared and proposed procedures for the migration of subsidiary IS data, and prepared and managed a deployment plan for each major market,
- trained and assisted staff in implementing appropriate processes.

- Identify and document differences and specificities of subsidiaries
- Alignment of program processes between France and subsidiaries
- Drafting functional procedures
- Assistance and monitoring of change management in subsidiaries (14 to date)
- Manage the implementation of associated developments
