Why did you choose Univers Retail ?
The retail sector is in a state of flux and faces many challenges. Joining Univers Retail was for me the opportunity to join a 100% Retail firm and to meet these multiple challenges while remaining within a human-sized structure.
What do you like best about your current job?
Learning, discovering and supporting. Every assignment is a discovery and a new challenge. I enjoy discovering new worlds and new teams, and supporting them as they manage change. For me, being close to people and understanding their needs are the keys to a successful assignment.
What advice would you give to new recruits?
Be open-minded, a good listener, adaptable and, above all, never hesitate to turn to other consultants in the firm. We're a team!
Apart from consulting, what are your passions?
Travel, family, friends and all that over a good meal. I also like crafts, decorating and coloring.
