His background

With a background in finance, I quickly joined the supply chain support teams in the specialized retail sector. First, very far upstream with purchasing and procurement, then with a view to satisfying customer needs, I followed the supply chain in planning and scheduling. I worked in flow management and logistics functions, ending up as a forecaster to ensure the implementation of an S&OP.

Why did you choose Univers Retail ?

My primary concern has always been to satisfy customer needs. I realized that by working as an outsourcer, I would be able to save time on new implementations, what's more with a firm on a human scale, specialized in providing business expertise in retail activities.

What do you like best about your current job?

My autonomy! The quality of my services is not linked to my working hours, but to the contribution I make with my expertise.

What advice would you give to new recruits?

Be inquisitive, so as to be well prepared for the job by finding out about the mission and the environment in which the recruit will be working.

Apart from consulting, what are your passions?

Social life, having lots of friends, relationships and exchanging with them through a whole range of activities, whether sports, travel, social actions or simply special moments like a simple meal.
