Project background
Our customer needs to accelerate its digital transformation, but also set up centralized tools managed by the zones in order to mutualize costs and developments.
As part of this project, we had to migrate several countries using local solutions to the CRM Zone solution.
Our approach
To support the deployment of CRM :
- Identify GAPs between zone and country solutions
- Evolving data models
- Migrate all country data sources to the CRM
- Coordinate local agencies, local IT digital managers, Ecom Zone teams, CRM Zone, edito Zone sites, retail Zone, Run Zone
- Manage data transfer between CRM and CRM (contacts, orders, abandonedCart, Products, Favourites)
Our results
- Migration of all UK brands (5 million contacts)
- 2-brand migration for Nordics
