Project background
As part of various transformation programs within its Product department (in charge of the Clean Brand), the company is looking to manage change in its various teams (Product, Offer, Quality, Sourcing, etc.).
In this context, the consultant's mission is to write and then ensure the deployment of a change management strategy, in order to support the users concerned in the adoption of new business practices.
Our approach
During this assignment, the consultant is responsible for applying the Change methodology to its various transformation programs:
- Writing a Change strategy
- Analysis of organizational and process impacts
- Communication with teams on project progress and business issues
- Supervision of training course writing
- Monitoring the adoption and professionalization of the teams concerned
Our results
At the end of the assignment, for 5 transformation programs, the consultant ensured :
- Change management support for teams affected by business changes
- Supervision of various workshops to obtain the input needed to write the strategies
- Follow-up of budgets related to its activity
