Project background
Work in a context of 360° transformation of the IT department. 4-year project involving the recruitment of 20 additional resources and the replacement or implementation of virtually all back-office tools: PLM, PIM, ERP, POS, etc.
The transformation also calls for a new posture to be adopted and promoted by the IT department: closer to the business teams, a vision of supporting the business, closer monitoring of projects, particularly digital ones.
This strategic P2P transformation project involves, among other things, change management for Purchasing and Supply teams. It impacts all processes: negotiation and supplier relations, product referencing, procurement strategy and management, inventory and logistics optimization, etc.
Approach / Results
Our approach
- Set up forums to keep abreast of digital projects and weekly events (examples of digital projects: integration of new marketplaces, desire to sell products by "pre-order", deployment of a Clienteling tool).
- Integrate run issues to understand and improve processes. Take on the role of coordinator between the various parties involved.
- Support IT management on major projects, in particular PIM implementation

- A relationship of trust established between e-commerce teams and the IT department
- Numerous workshops underway on logistics issues
- A framework for a PIM solution underway
