Project background
Work in a context of 360° transformation of the IT department. 4-year project involving the recruitment of 20 additional resources and the replacement or implementation of virtually all back office tools: PLM, PIM, ERP, POS...
The transformation also calls for a new posture to be adopted and promoted by the IT department: closer to the business teams, a vision of supporting the business, closer monitoring of projects, particularly digital ones.
Our approach
- Set up forums to keep abreast of digital projects and weekly events (examples of digital projects: integration of new marketplaces, desire to sell products by "pre-order", deployment of a Clienteling tool).
- Integrate run issues to understand and improve processes. Act as coordinator between the various parties involved.
- Support IT management on major projects, in particular PIM implementation

- A relationship of trust established between e-commerce teams and the IT department
- Numerous ongoing workshops on logistics issues
- A framework for a PIM solution underway
