Write training paths for professions created by the Product Department

Project background
As part of various transformation programs within its Product department (in charge of the Clean Brand), the company is looking to manage change in its various teams (Product, Offer, Quality, Sourcing, etc.).
In this context, end-users in particular need to be trained in the new skills. The aim of this mission is to write the various training paths for the professions concerned by these transformation programs.
Our approach
During this assignment, the consultant is responsible for the pedagogical engineering principles implemented by the Change team:
- Gathering business needs
- Getting to grips with the tools
- Writing training matrices
- Writing training modules
- Drafting of associated documentation
Our results
At the end of the assignment, for 5 transformation programs, the consultant ensured :
- The production of different training paths, for all the professions concerned
- Managing and making available all documentation associated with the business processes concerned
- Participation in the execution of Change strategies
