Online consumption exploded following the two confinements and the closure of shops. According to PwC's Global Consumer Survey 2020, 86% of people who increased their online purchases during the pandemic intend to continue using e-commerce when stores reopen.
As a result, people are buying more and more online, but they also want more and more transparency: to know where the product comes from, how it was made and transported, the company's values... Yet a certain contradiction is palpable: consumption is frenetic, it's a race to find new things, new offers, new purchases...
