Can you describe your company's business?
"My Own Kreation (MOK) offers a new concept in couture personalization: choose your garment + fabric + custos and wear your creation!
Models for the whole family from 0 to 122 years.
Sewing operations are carried out by independent seamstresses, so we promote craftsmanship in the Paris region.
We also manufacture 100% Made in France AFNOR masks, which are proving a great success.
What tasks have been entrusted to our consultant?
- Analyze the "MOK" website, the customer journey, the buying tunnel
- Suggest ways for new "mask" customers to switch to the "MOK" concept.
