Looking back on 2021: a successful year for Univers Retail

The year 2021 was unlike any other. For the second year running, the health crisis affected the sector. However, Univers Retail was able to bounce back by winning 56 new assignments, resulting in a 30% increase in sales and the recruitment of 31 new talents.

15 new customers have placed their trust in us and we have also expanded our offer with 3 new areas of expertise: Purchasing, CRM and Marketing and OmniSupply®.

2021 has been a very active year in terms of sharing our expertise on different media:

Throughout the year, our employees continued to develop their CSR commitment, devoting 52 days to skills sponsorship. Benevolence and sharing are more than just words, they are deeds at Univers Retail and are at the heart of the company's values.

Our employees also took up a sporting challenge as part of the Pink October campaign to combat breast cancer. Finally, to support European Sustainable Development Week, they got involved in 3 "Zero Waste" activities.

As team cohesion and well-being at work are essential, we are proud to have won 2 "Choose My Company" awards for the firm's actions to promote employee fulfillment ( HappyIndex®AtWork® label ) and the transition to a hybrid work mode - face-to-face / remote ( HybridWorkplace® label).

So, a great year has come to an end. We begin 2022 with even more energy and ambition for the firm.
